Custom shaders allow you to customize the content as you like: change the colors and textures of houses, add secondary colors for trees and grass. You can easily adapt Suntail to your project.
Suntail has scripts to demonstrate sounds: a character controller with a system that reproduces the sound of footsteps on various surfaces; a script that allows you to drag objects with falling sound; a sound zone control system that mutes external sounds inside homes; script for opening doors with sound.
All models have LODs with a smooth transition effect between them.
